    Did you mean:
    [latex]\int \frac{7x}{9+2x^{2}}dx[/latex]
    In that case, take out the 7,
    [latex]7\int \frac{x}{9+2x^{2}}dx[/latex]

    Let [latex]u = 9+2x^{2}[/latex]

    [latex]du = 4x[/latex]

    [latex]\frac{7}{4}\int \frac{1}{u}du[/latex]

    [latex]\frac{7}{4} \ln u[/latex]

    [latex]\frac{7}{4} \ln (9+2x^{2})[/latex]
