Re-wiring an M4

    Hi,

I have a full metal D-Boy M4 S-system which at the moment has a battery box at the front and I'm just wondering if it is possible to re-wire it so that I could have a Kane stock with the battery stored there.

The rifle is quite heavy and I'm thinking this would give it better balance.

    All ideas are welcomed.

    Cheers.:)

The battery will fit inside the front handguard easily, unless S-System hand guards are really tiny now...
If you want to re-wire it to the back and use a crane stock its a very easy proceedure, you buy a wiring kit designed to go the the rear and repalce the current one.

You should have enough in the length of the original wire to re-route it to the back. its not the easiest task as it requires you open the gearbox to rearrange the wire. if your gonna do it right you'll be looking at some soldering and shrink wraping too. If you can open a gearbox you'll be alright though. :)
