Im looking to claim tax credits from 2008. I worked for a period of several months whereby I was emergency taxed and I never got around to claiming it back.

Have been looking for the right forms to fill out but im still uncertain. Can anyone shed some light?

P21 is the form you refer to. If you phone up your local tax office with your PPS number they will request a P21 for you and a cheque will issue to you if you have overpaid your taxes.
