    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help me. Im finished college for the past two weeks and just wondering if I can claim JSA.

I have worked in a bar, paying tax etc, for the past year and a half. My hours range from 19 - 28 hours per week. Would I be entitled to JSA?

I know if I do over 24 hours I would not be entitled to JSA but what if I Sunday is included in these hours. For example, if I did 32 hours per week, 8hours monday, tuesday and wed (total = 24 hours) and 8 hours sunday. Does Sunday have to be included?

Is there anything else that I could be entitled to? Finding it tough financially at home with mom and dads hours being reduced.

    Thanks in advance,
    gmannix1000.

Unfortunately you would only be entitled to the Casual JA/JB payment if you suffer a loss in wages/days of work.
