    Hi,

Just wondering would anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for a holiday for me and my boyfriend in September?? We're early 20's and looking for both a relaxing and lively holiday!!!

Was thinking Greece or Turkey?? Something like that!

    Cheers!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in the Sea Pearl Hotel in Kusadasi, Turkey, and it was amazing. The hotel was nice enough, the staff could not do enough for us. Beach down the road, shuttle bus 5 mins into the centre of Kusadasi, where there were loads of pubs and stuff.

Well, the hotel wasn't that expensive, and Kusadasi is fairly cheap for food and drink. For everything else, you have to be on the ball for bargaining. They could quote you the equivilant of €50 for a pair of shoes, but you can get them down to a tenner if you try hard enough!!

Sunway do deals there. The hotel is about an hour from the airport but they arrange a transfer bus.

We are of similiar age and have been lucky to have been on a few holidays over the past few years. Above anywhere (Turkey, Crete, Canaries, Tunisia, Spain-Malaga and Barcelona) I could not recommend highly enough the resort of Ayia Napa in Cyprus. The waterpark is fantastic (voted best in Europe) and the nightlife will exhaust you as its absolutely brill. Its a more expensive holiday than any Turkish resort but is definetly worth it. We have been there 3 times in the past 5 years and hope to be back before the end of the year again.

The Napa Plaza hotel is best location in Ayia Napa and has a no kids policy which is great for the poolside hangovers. It also has a great cocktails bar (mojito excellent) The Clarabel restaurant across the street has the best steaks you will find anywhere and staff are so friendly.

If your budget allows, check out Napa Plaza (book through direct holidays) and I know you will have a brilliant time...........enjoy :)
