    Has any one else dealt with Dorothy Perkins Help? Trying to get a refund from them and it is PAINFUL..
    I have rang and emailled.. every time I email/phone I am dealling with a different person! :mad:

    I have bought stuff from their website and then exchanged or got a refund in their Jervis St store. I did not bother sending the goods back to the UK. Never had a problem doing this. Hope that helps

    Ya it is not returning goods, it is getting a refund for clothes not delivered/sent due to credit card registration but charged for.

    You can call your bank and get a 'charge back' if you have been charged for goods you haven't received and have contacted the retailer for re-dress.

    going through Paypal so the bank can't!

    File a dispute with paypal then, they would be able to fight your corner for you.
