Hello,

I am having a tiling crisis..
Tiled Kitchen and conservatory couple of years ago in same tile cream porcelain 40 x 40cm ( no longer available, all avenues exhausted )

Two years on we have knoked kitchen into dining room, removed double doors to now sunroom and want to have that open plan feel.

As I cannot source the same tile I need some ideas.

Kitchen is light Walnut dining suite also walnut although a little darker, rooms pained quite neutral anyway.
Cannot afford to lift exisiting tile and go again so was thinking a border tile then a different tile????
Any advice , pictures etc appreciated.
BTW there is carpet on floor in dining area at moment.
