    Hello,

Looking for any reccommendation for places in the Mid West that perform gait analysis. Beginning to get a lot of niggly injuries which I believe are down to poor choice of runners.
Any one use Foot Solutions in Limerick???

I got Orthotics from Foot Solutions and found them excellent. I got a basic Gait Analysis done in Gleeson Sports when they had someone from Ascis in doing a nationwide tour and he recommended a neutral shoe along with the Orthotics.

Would avoid Elverys - bad experience and no one with decent knowledge(they measure me for size 13 Ascis and I purchased twice) . cant speak for foot solutions but I took a trip to Amphibian King in Bray and cannot recommend them enough (finished in 11.5 Mizuno-never looked back).

+ 1 for Amphibian King. I live in Bournemouth but still buy my runners in Bray!

Editing to add that if your gait is consistent then you can always buy multiple pairs of the same runners over the web.
