shag bands??

lots of kids around my area seem to be wearing these now. the local paper just came out with an article about them.

basically :meanings for shag bands such as Yellow - hug; Pink - hickey; Orange/purple - kiss; Red - lap dance; Green/blue - oral sex; Clear - whatever the other person wants; White - flash; and Black - sex.

if i met a woman wearing one of these and pulled the band she has to do whatever the act is according to the colour. I see two problems with this.

1 she must be a slag if she is willing to commit a sexual act just cos a stranger pulls the right band.

2 the article is qouting a primary school head who banned them from his boys school.

do you lot think that the kids knew what the bands stand for? or is it just paranoia from parents.

or is it all a wind up started by some desperate virgin looking to get laid. ( not looking at you brummytom )

I remember hearing about this "craze" 3-4 years ago somewhere else, Dundalk took a while to catch up.

I had hundreds of these in primary school. Of course, they were just jelly bracelets in those more naive days.

my kids "discovered" a new band about 2 years ago. a little group called ACDC. they went off them rather quickly when i hauled out my out record collection.
