    Hi All,
    Currently we are planning on Rennovating & Extending our country dormer house. I would like to bounce my ideas of other professionals in the business. I quite like the work of RTE architech David Bannon.

    What we are looking for;
    - Rennovate our kitchen to create large utility area
    - Rennovate our kitchen to create large spacious country feeling
    - Build on a new living area to our kitchen

    - Rennovate the outside (at hall door area) to rise up and create a larger hall area which in turn has know on affect on upstairs

    As there is a lot to consider, I would love to consult and bounce my ideas of such a person who could it turn give me some options. I just can't make up my mind on some things.

    Would anyone know of a company or professional architech(s) who offer such a service and who come highly recommended.

    Thanks again

    I presume you mean DERMOT Bannon here.

    Dermot produces designs which are almost exclusively flat roof in design. IMO his approach in adopting flat roof solutions for every extension will produce an internal solution which meets the criteria set down by the client, but were the client to insist at the outset that no flat roof be used he would not be producing those results in every case.

    I suggest you get yourself a regular architect and get them to work with a good interior designer to achieve the results you see on the rte programs.
