Replace Flash with Image (if not supported)

As we all know there have been an increasing amount of mobile devices that don't support flash, this means we have to restrict what our web pages are to make way for eg. the iPad. But isn't there a way of when the flash is not supported you are able to replace it with an image instead. Can someone help us out?

Try this:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/download/detection_kit/

You can use two identically sized divs - one with an image, the other with flash - and toggle them in or out of the display depending on whether or not flash player is detected.

SWFObject is also a very popular way of doing it. Essentially you write the plain HTML code, and it inserts Flash if it's supported.
