World Cup of Poker - Heads Up Competition - Sat 17th July - €1500 Guaranteed

    Just in case you haven't gotten enough of the World Cup by summers end JP Poker will be hosting the World Cup of Poker with a Guaranteed Prize Pool of €1500

    The Tournament will be played in Molloys Pub in Tallaght on Saturday 17th July (if needed we will come back on Sunday 18th).

    Just like the FIFA World Cup there will be 8 Groups (but no max number of players per group) each player will play every other player in their group twice. A 1-1 draw will result in both players receiving 1 point each. A 2-0 win will result in the winning playing getting 3 points.

    The top 2 players from each group will progess to the knock-out stages. With games been played the best of 3. The Final will be the best of 5 games.

    The Buy-in for the World Cup of Poker will be €60 (€10 Reg included)

    Payout based on the Min €1500 Guaranteed
    1st €600
    2nd €300
    3rd €175
    4th €125

    1/4 Finalist €75

    Blind Lenght
    Round 1 = 12 Mins
    Knockout Stages = 15 Mns

    300-600 Frozen Until Fisished

    We had a good bit of interest in this last night and think we'll get between 50 to 60 runners.
