    The next five weeks or so are vital for the success or failure of the RISE! Campaign.
    The Minister for the Environment, John Gormley TD, has warned his Government partners that unless the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill 2010 and the Dog Breeding (Establishments) Bill 2009 are passed into law before the Dáil ends in mid-July, he will lead the Greens out of the Government.

    It’s very simple. If the two Bills are passed before his deadline, he wins… and we lose. So, we have to work harder than ever over the coming weeks to ensure that does not happen.
