Spar Assistant Hourly Rates?!?

Hey guys can you help me with this!? I work in spar part-time as an assistant manager in dublin and I feel that I am not getting paid enough for what I do! Tried the internet and couldnt find what others might be on anywhere so I'm trying this. I was wondering what other people in my position are on? Or if anyone has an idea how much I should be gettin paid an hour?

you need to tell us how much your getting paid first.

either way its €8.65 minimum wage.

Looks like you're entitled to €10.38 p/h

Minimum wage of €8.65 is not applicable to an experienced adult worker in a grocery/retail store- its €9.36

If the OP is on a managers contract, then JLC rates dont apply.

There is no set rate for a manager.

If he is on a general assistant contract, then he is due extra, over min wage of an assistant, due to having a "post of responsibility"

Without digging to deep into it, 10.38 looks correct.
