Circulation Pump Clicking?

Over the last week when my circulation pump kicks in it starts clicking, as if something is rattling inside it, any ideas?

also is there any way to heat water in the cylinder without the pump kicking in, it is heated through an oil cooker which the circ pump is directly connected to.

    cheers

Could be a bearing starting to go in pump or grit. Either way, when you start hearing your pump take it as a sign to replace it sooner rather than later.
