    excellent idea lads. long time lurker in these parts.

    we're on a bit of health promotion buzz atm in tGC, many of the lads are talking about food/diet etc being an issue for them. I'll be creating a linky for this forum, while some of the stuff ain't too calorie friendly, anything that helps people eat decent homecooked and fresh as opposed to pre-packaged junk is a good thing
