    Hi
Anyone know what the story is with the Mitsubishi Outlander?
Are they for sale or not? Brochure is still on Mitsubishi website, but no prices available, and I understand they were discounted down to €26k after xmas but now I'm told the next batch available (dont know when) will be at €36k.
    Seems very peculiur..

I bought one of them at 26k in January. All 140 at that price were sold in 2 weeks. Mitsubishi did not expect them to sell out until July when the face lifted model is out so they are not currently on sale here. The face lifted model will be back to the original price circa 39k

I think they had a cart load of pre facelifted Outlanders to sell so that is where the discount came from.

The facelifted Outlander might be the one for €36k if it is sold here at all now.

Thanks - looks like more than just a facelift - more like a complete reworking - hard to imagine it being to many people's taste.
so what should a 2010 s/h model be selling at? I see a couple on various sites but prices differ radically.
Is the new model in the same emissions category?

Nah its only a facelift. Only the front end is changed. Don't like it at all. The one in the pic is an evolution version so maybe a tad more extreme looking

Don't know how the s/h prices will work out due to the hefty but temporary 14k discount....hopefully they'll stay high :D Think it will be the same VW sourced 2.0 TDi thats cuurently in it and so Band E for tax. Mine is a tad hard on fuel especially around town but fine on extra urban runs
