hi, long story short, im going interrailing on the 18th of june for three and a half weeks but my passport is not ready yet. i sent it down on the 20/05/10 and it is still as stage one. im just wondering is there anything at all i can do to get it back in time for next week? if i go down to the passport office will they…

im just wondering is there anything at all i can do to get it back in time for next week? if i go down to the passport office will they give it to me over the counter?
i also cannot buy my interrail ticket without my passport number, does anyone know if i can get it any other way/ buy tickets on the way?
