    Didn't know where to post this one. Apologies.

    How much would a two bed flat cost to buy in the Dublin south area? Near the Luas line/ affluent area e.t.c?

    Surely that'll depend a lot on the specific area, just how close to luas it is, etc.. myhome.ie/daft.ie together with a streetmap of Dublin (or Google Maps) should be able to give you a good guide to prices in the relevant areas.
