Issue installing driver for Netopia wireless PC Card

Hi, I cleaned down an old laptop to get it to work faster. I forgot to copy the driver details for the wireless PC Card, so I searched on the net for it and all I could get was a zip file with 3 files -
    rt61.sys
    rt61.cat
    rt61.inf

How do I register the drivers so I can get the PC Card (Netopia Wifi 11g, Model TER/GCBA-E, FCC ID: RC6AWP-914W)?

I know that the CD is somewhere, like in another town, but really wanted to get this laptop (IQON Laptop) fixed up today.

Thanks for that link, good site in that thread. But I need help on how to run the .sys file that I downloaded for the Wireless PC Card.

What OS are you using? XP? If so then here are the steps you need to follow:

    1. Right click the My Computer Icon and select Manage

    2. Click Device Manager in the list displayed

    3. Find the Network adaptors subsection and expand it.

    4. Right click on the relevant device and select Update Driver

    5. In the following windows navigate to the folder that contains the drivers files you have
acquired and the system should update the device drivers.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks but in Network adapters, wireless is not showing up. There is no woreless on the laptop - gotta install the wireless PC Card. Under Other Devices, there is an exclamation mark on the Network Controller when I have the wireless card plugged in. I did run the driver that I found on http://information-x.110mb.com/IQON/ but I got the message "No Matching driver has been found for your adapter or no adapter is installed. Do you wish to proceed with this installation"

Sorry but this worked before. I might be best waiting til I get the CD, just thought I could sort it out before hand.
