For that is the question. Getting the ipad today. Have a 32 Gig wi-fi oredered but just wondering should i upgrade to the 3g version?

The whole idea of paying some network ANOTHER monthly fee would piss me off. If I get one it would be wi-fi only (have an iPhone for emergency internet).

That said - only you can decide if you want it as a couch device, or a drag everywhere must be on the net device.
