Toothaches from HELL!

    Please help

I got many fillings (composites) done recently. The one that I got 8 weeks ago and 1 that I got 3 weeks ago started throbbing at the same time about a week ago. Constant throbbing/ sharp shooting pains, paracetamol will not relieve the pain
Went back to the dentist a week ago, he told me that because the fillings were so large they will take a while to heal. should the pain be this bad?! Considering they weren't even aching before I went to the dentist.

Oh I also grind my teeth...could that be causing the pain THIS bad? Worst toothache of my life. I feel like getting a pliers and pulling them all out!

    I can't sleep

If you can sleep its usually something more serious like a dead nerve. Go back to the dentist to get the teeth tested and arrange a root canal if necessary.
