What to do when you hit rock bottom

    Hi everyone,

    I realise this is After Hours, but wouldn't mind your views on this. I am currently at complete rock bottom. Any advise how to get out of this? More importantly would anyone be able to cheer me up, as I can't sleep again :(

    how old are you?

    Ad do you have any idea why you feel at rock bottom (e.g. break up) or is it just feeling like that with no specific reason?

    Im up doing an all nighter, I can chat :D

    My advice for what it's worth is to talk to your doctor about getting some counselling.
