Mobo/CPU bundles

When I get the cash together I'm looking at replacing my mobo in the next few months. I thought I may as well go ahead and replace the CPU while I'm at it to something a bit more up to date. Now my humble Pentium dual core E5300 does the job but I'd rather get a good mobo under the hood which would most likely mean getting one that isn't a LGA775 socket.

I currently have a (frankly embarrassing) MSI G31TM-P21. It's a micro ATX board in a normal ATX case with two RAM slots and is pretty terrible for upgrading or overclocking. Does anyone know of any sites or retailers that do decent mobo/CPU bundles?

I'm looking to have mid-range rig when the dust settles hopefully. Current one is a load of cack.
