2nd Finale Watch - Spot the Differences

    Was there anything that stood out for you on your 2nd watching of the finale ?.

    For me it was the confidence of Hurley in the FS.
    He's not the character we knew, he shows Jacob traits.
    I'm not sure whether it's good acting or editing but he really stands out.

    The other thing is Desmond's words to Jack while the rope was being tied around him "that none of this matters".
    It was he was in both places at once.

    Maybe obvious to most people but missed on me.

    Post something you missed first time but caught on repeated viewing.

    When Des said "that none of this matters" he believed they would all be happy in another existence. Possibly an alternate universe where they would go to. When he realised this was not happening he became agitated. I find it hard to believe he knew the 'other' place his consciousness went to was purgatory, as it would make little sense for him to be comfortable with dying unless he believed they were going to the alternate universe. Then again his consciousness going to the 'purgatory' is ridiculous to start with and just a nonsensical device employed by Darlton to mislead people into believing the Flash Sideways was an alternate universe.

    For me it was rose and bernard on the plane, when rose said she missed bernard i first thought it was cos she loved him and as a result of the cancer was cherishing every moment, but after hearing kate say the same thing to jack it hit me that rose knew when bernard didnt, what kate knew when jack didnt (bout purgatory etc)

    I noticed that Rose was the only black person going to heaven and that Rose is married to a white Bernard.....I took this to mean that heaven is racist and that Mr Eko,Michael,Walt,Lt Dan from the Wire and whoever else all have to wait till the white folk take their places before they can go in......

    In the flashsideways Juliette says to sawyer that they should go for coffee sometime. This is what she said to him as she was dying after she set off the bomb. As she was dying she was experiencing events of the flashsideways at the same time.

    Yea that was cool :) Also what Miles heard her saying "It worked" was presumably what she said to Sawyer about the trick with the vending machine
