    Hi all,

Just throwing this out there to see if there is any interest. Im a bass player and backing vocalist that has always loved traditional Irish Music and would love to play a bit. Wondering if there is anyone around the Dublin area that would be into covering some trad songs, and maybe looking to get some work in it? Thinking people like The Dubliners, The Clanceys, Christy Moore, Chieftans, Fureys, Wolfetones etc etc. Basically any trad songs we like from anyone and everyone. Could do them for a fun session and a few free drinks or for cash, but mainly for a bit of craic.

PS. I also play in an originals band so this would be for fun and possibly a bit of extra income but not as a 100% dedicated thing. If we could get 8 or so people playing guitar, bass, tin whistle, fiddle, banjo, bodhran and more, and when a gig comes up, whoever can make it, can make it. Not asking people to quit their jobs for it :)

Gimmie a shout if interested and if it might work, lets have some fun :)
