Summer holidays - Reduced rent

I live in a two bed apartment and I am renting the spare room out the a post grad, She is going away now for two months but wants to keep on the apartment for next year so asked for a reduced rate.. Can some one advice me as to how much a reduced rate would be? Many thanks
