Creating image from an excel/txt list with photoshop

I have a list of 4000+ products for my new website. I want to put a place holder image 100px x 100px for each product I have. The place holder has to have the product name. I have tried to look up actions on the net to do this but cannot see how to do it. For example the list in excel/txt is as follows Bolts.jpg Nuts.jpg…
