    my dick is too big. i know this may sound silly, and mod please dont delete this as it is serious.
    its too big and uncomfortably so sometimes. is there anyway to get tissue or something removed from it?

    day to day discomfort? get yourself some decent underwear OP, with briefs it'll be squashed and with boxers it'll hang out and you will be strangling the poor lad every time you sit down.

    Suggest you talk to your GP about this.
    I know it might be embarrassing - but they are much better informed than us to what is going on. It really could be a variety of things - all of which we here will mis-diagnose.

    If you are not comfortable going to your Gp then I recommend you go to another - in my local there are 3 GPs - for issues such as this believe it or not I prefer to talk to the female GP, I know maybe not what you would expect, but as someone who graduated much more recently I find her more in tune with what is going on in the world of medicine. That and one of the others misdiagnosed something one time that she caught straight away the next time I was in...
