Nope you cant change your level!
And ermm I havnt started yet tbh... Ill look over my studied poems/novel/drama and pick out different lines, themes and techniques etc

And just read over my notes from the year really, tbh theres not much you can really do for paper 1, you wont be able to improve your english much in one day..

For English what I did was learn one scene really well in my play (Scene 5, Act 1 of Romeo and Juliet), one chapter really well in my novel and I learnt a few catch-all poems (Early Purges, In memory of my mother, Stopping by woods on a snowy evening, Base details)

Actually I'm pretty sure you CAN change your level. A whole bunch of my friends dropped down to pass Business on the day, so I doubt the rules have changed.

Just ask for the Ordinary Level paper.

The way you need to look at it is are you going to be doing Tech Graph after the J.C.? If not then does it matter how you do in the exam? I'm very bad at business but i didn't change when I had the chance because I know that how I do in the exam doesn't really matter because I won't be doing anything remotely got to do with business in the future. And a bad honours is worth more than a mediochore pass.

We got a letter home ages ago saying we couldn't change on the day, but then my tutor said we could with a letter from the principle.
Just ask for the Ordinary Level paper.
Don't! They have a list of who is doing what, you won't be allowed to do this.

For English, I'm learning relationship, ending of the novel and theme for the novel and for drama a relationship and theme I think. I'm really unsure about poetry.

    Wood

We have to do: English, Irish, maths, French, geography, history, science, religion, business, cspe and then everyone in my class is doing either music or art.

I'm doing Business, CSPE, English, French, Geography, History, Irish, Maths, Science, and Woodwork.

I'd hate to do Religion as an exam subject. They've actually just introduced it in my school, as in, the year under me will be doing it for their Junior Cert.

I'm, unrealistically, aiming for all A's.

Ah religion is the easyist! It's like english only most of the stuff you just make up. Like the question will be "How do people express their love for God", and the answer will be "By caring for others, we can show our....(Waffel)" and that will be the right answer. I'm an aetheist and I find it easy.
