    Hi
I am having trolly troubles at the moment. I have a hillbilly which was going ok until a wheel kept falling off so in September last I replaced 2 clutches and 2 new wheels and in April the wheel started to come off again. I got back onto the repair place in Cork but he said he could do no more. I then started using my hubby's mocad and even though he got a new battery less than a year ago it will only do about 15 holes. At the start of the round you would nearly have to jog after the trolly and then by 14 holes you are pushing so I cant decide whether to get a new battery even though it is only about 11 months old or is the switch burning out the battery as it seems to be going too fast at the begining. I was considering getting a new trolly or should I get switch checked first. How much should a repair cost has anyone had a similar problem with their trolly. I would use it quite a bit 2-3 times a week. What other trollies can anyone recommend. I am fed up with pushing for the last few holes!

i'm surprised to hear of your troubles with your Hillbilly , i have 1 the last 2 yrs and it still works perfect , Considering Hillbilly is owned and built by Powarkaddy i'd of thought you would have had more luck in getting it fixed ,

Have you tried a different source for getting it fixed ??

Thats a lot of repairs....I hope you were not paying for them?!

I can only recommend the GolfGlider. The "Tank" of the golf trolley ;)

Yes I have been paying for them ! that is why I am getting fed up with this. I did not try Douglas but I have had the hillbilly in golf concepts a few times it cost 109euro to put on the 2 wheels and the clutches in sept and then it started to come off again in March so maybe I should go back again to the guy in golf concepts but I do not want to spend more money on the trolly.
