Gaggia Classic Modification

    Hi there,

    I was in Third Floor Espresso this morning & Colin (I think his name is) mentioned a modification that you could do to the pressure valve on a Gaggia Classic that will alter the speed of the flow of coffee. I've been trying to find instructions on the web but no joy.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?
