    I have a merc C200 1999,when i accelerate the car gets to between 50 or 60 mph and then decides to slow down and will not accelerate again untill speed goes below 40 mph also car seems to be struggling on hills,im completley baffled any help would be great thanks

    See if you throttle body is dirty, give it a clean and try again.

    They can suffer wiring loom probs around the coil packs which in turn blows the ecu. Not sure if it affected the 200.
    Happened my c280. Expensive fix !
