New speed camera on M50 Northbound ?

I was driving to the airport today and heading northbound after the ballymun exit and a few hundred metres before the M1/M50 junction there are loads of fresh horizontal white lines on every lane of the motorway. The exact same type you see when there's fixed speed cameras. There is overhead signposts just before them, but I didn't have time to check for a camera, is there one there now? The limit is 100km/h I think but switches to 80km/h not too far from these lines. Anyone have more info ?

There's a thread about this already, but the gist of it is that the camera hasn't been installed yet, and the lines are in the 100k zone.
Already being discussed here and here :-)

Neither of these locations are in the list of Garda Speed Enforcement Zones

of course they're not. these so called speed enforcement zones are the biggest sham ever. should be called sneaky dirtbag camera zones. i live in dundrum. the upper kilmacud road is a so called "speed enforcement zone". in the 15 years ive lived there, ive never seen or heard of ne serious crashes or fatalities. its a complete joke.
