Killing Ferns - dead?

    I have a field is full of ferns.

    What's the best way to get rid of them?

    I have the same problem as yourself - see a thread here where I asked the same thing last year.

    Apparently Asulox is the spray to kill em - I havent spreayed yet. Its on reseeded ground, so I didnt spray last year cos twould damage the clover. Will do it in a few weeks, so will let you know how it goes.

    Last year though, I did cut em back around start July - and I noticed that far fewer came up this year. But there is still a lot of em in the field, so spraying is the only answer.

    I'll do some research on Asulox .... hopefully it will do the trick.

    I'll report back on how I got on.
