Bus Lanes on Bank Holiday

Today I ended up in a bus lane that's normally Mon-Sat due to someone turning right up ahead, then I decided to stay in it mistaking today for Sunday (just because my day today was very similar to a usual Sunday and I didn't think about it too much).
After a bit I remembered it wasn't a Sunday but was unsure if you would be allowed in a Bus Lane on a Bank holiday, as far as I can tell parking rules in the city are as if it is a Sunday.

Just wondering can anyone enlighten me as to what the rules are here, I'm sure most guards wouldn't stop you but still liek to know the rules here

Pretty certain a Bank holiday is regarded as a Sunday. Bus timetables are also Sunday timetables I believe.

All on street parking is treated as a sunday so would expect the same with bus lanes.

I reckon it'd be OK as Dublin Bus treat it as a Sunday from a timetable perspective so I'd assume that the bus lanes are treated the same.
