Will o2 lower cap?

O2 seems like my only affordable option at he moment and i'm wondering if they are going to lower their cap or hopefully raise it (20GB or even unlimited). I don't want to buy o2 home bb and then be slapped with a lower cap in a couple of months time.

If they lower the cap you can get out of contract free of charge.
