Please nominate shows that jumped the shark this year.

Jumping the shark is an idiom used to describe the moment of downturn for a previously successful enterprise. The phrase was originally used to denote the point in a television program's history where the plot spins off into absurd story lines or unlikely characterizations. These changes were often the result of efforts to revive interest in a show whose viewership has begun to decline, usually through the employment of different actors, writers or producers.
    T&Cs
    • Please nominate no more than 3 shows
    • The nominated Show(s) must have had a season that aired for the first time, any time, between 1st June 2009 and 31st May 2010.
    • Shows still running are permitted
    • The show may have aired on US, Irish or UK Television.
    • This batch of nominations will close Friday night, when the final batch will be opened.
    • Shows with the most nominations will be included in the voting stage.
    • For plot-related categories, please use discretion (spoiler tags if necessary)

    Fringe
    Heroes (forgot about that one)

And Lost didn't go down in viewership this year. it's been consisent, actually, about 10 million viewers per episode for season 6, and about 12/13 million for season 5. not as bad as other shows, i think

Jumping the shark isnt purely about a decline in viewing figures, it is a lot of the time, but not all the time.

I don't see how Glee can count in this category in its maiden season. Flashforward after about 5 episodes would get my vote if I thought that counted.

The Mentalist - Last episode of season 2.
Jane starts dating/falling for the fake psychic who appeared in season 1, while knowing she is full of sh*t and her, once, trying to use his dead wife and daughter to influence him.
