Skype/MSN on TCD network?

I rememeber last year I had to make some adjustments to MSN messenger's settings to use it on the TCD network. Could anyone tell me what they are please, as I have forgotten. Also, I recently set up a skype profile and have no problem using with my broadband back at home in mayo, but can't seem to sign in college. Anyone…
