I was hoping someone can recommend a physio either in the city or not too far from it.

I've done something to my ankle and it keeps happening:eek:, so want to try to get it sorted out. Was hoping for some recommendations.

    Thanks

    Hey OP

I had ankle issues a few months back and his name came up as well... I wound up not going to a physio (as I knew what was causing my pain) - but he was recommended by a lady who's daughter had ankle trouble and he's apparently a foot specialist...

    Frank Sheehan is absolutely brilliant!!!

After about 2 years of pain, long bouts of physio, loads of anti inflammatory and pain killers, Cortisone injections, mri's, x-rays and who knows what else.... One session with him and I was fixed.... Can't give him enough praise!!!

I hurt my ankle a couple of years ago and went to Cynthia Murray in Dooradoyle. I found her quite good. She's just across from the hospital. Her number is 061 304944

Maybe it's Murphy Bullets, I'm not sure now. She's in the estate opposite the petrol station alright so it's probably the same woman. She's Dutch herself, but married to an Irish guy

Just hours after consultation with a surgeon in Croom in 2006 (following physicial examination I might add) relating to another matter I attended Marks rooms. I casually mentioned the problem with my knee ..... Mark insisted on taking a look thankfullly - Mark within 5 minutes had solved a problem which had me unable to put any pressure on it for months (and it has never troubled me since) - a few weeks later I got a letter from surgeon ! saying "surgery may be beneficial" - I kid you not

He is excellent for sports injuries, I should know had enough dealings with him over the years

Found McEvoy in Castletroy excellent after a whiplash injury (he does dry needling, fantastic relief from back pain)
I have also found John Stacey a physical therapist very good as a follow up for the whiplash injury
