Post Evo communication/info

    Communication issues have plagued this event but in the end we had a fantastic tournament.
    Unfortunately many of our top guys said they would not be able to attend Evo even if they won, this complicated things.
    Now further communication issues are causing confusion about who's going.

    Mean while the price of the ticket goes up.

    Lets try to sort this cleanly:

    The obvious solution is the highest placing guy who is able to go be sent to evo.

    On the day however it was not clear who was able to go, here's what I picked up from the day :

    The top 10 placers

    1st - Cobelcog (Cammy) Could not go
    2nd - Bush (Chun-Li/Blanka) Could not go
    3rd - Azza (Dictator) Was not sure if he could go
    4th - fake_roogle (Boxer) Could not go
    5th - Liquidswords (Fei Long) Said he could go
    5th - The Hound (Akuma/Adon/Dictator) Could not go
    7th - unky chop chop (Ken) ?
    7th - Doctor DooM (Guile) Said he could go
    9th - Ken B (Claw) I think he said he could go
    9th - Owwmykneecap (Claw) Said he could go
    9th - D4RK ONION (E. Honda) ?
    9th - FutureGuy (Ryu) ?

    A day later and now from what I understand that list looks like this :
