Can anyone join in the parade or does one have to pre-book under a float? How long is it distance-wise?

Anyone can walk in the parade - Floats can't just turn up - the registration forms would need to be filled out urgently because they make it compulsory for every float to have a steward and for every steward to be trained and that is this Saturday

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Yes, but anyone can walk in it, independent of any float?

Yup, just join in at the start point, pretty much anywhere along it.

Moving off at 2pm, so I'd be at the Garden of Remembrance at 1.30pm if you plan on marching.
