    i have just found my great-great-father and family on the 1901 census living in number 12 emerald square, i know this is a long shot but would anyone have any photographs of that area from around that time?

    Hi, dont know where you can get any photos but there is a great book entitled Emerald Square , author is Lar Redmond, he grew up in the area and the book is all about his time there. Its not easy to get a copy as im not sure if its in print anymore, would offer you mine but me da would kill me, wont let it out of his sight.
