Hi, I'm looking to begin studying a veterinary assistant course this year (as a mature student), and was wondering if anyone could suggest some places where i could do this? I know Killester College of further education offers a 1 yr course but i've missed enrolment for this year..

    Thanks for any help

There is a veterinary assistant course in dun laoghaire college of further education. To apply for it, you have to have the animal health care course from the college. Applications are closed for the course though. Not alot of help.

Not a veterinary assistant course but isn't there an animal care in bray college of further education also?

Veterinary Assistant seems to be a title used for the FETAC Award in Animal Care.
