Dual Fuel cooker "wok" spitting flame

    Mods,
Not sure if correct forum. If not, please move.

Anyway, we have a new Rangemaster dual fuel 1100mm cooker. Wife loves it and all works brilliant except for the wok burner.
The installer/plumber (RGI Reg'd) converted it to LPG and all seemed fine.
Since though, anytime the wok burner is used, after about a minute or two, the larger flame (bottom) starts "spitting" and the gas eventually goes out. Annoying to listen to and cook on too. Shame having the beast and not able to use it.
Rang plumber and he said prob just dirt in the injector. It was working the day he installled it. Cleaned out as instructed. No joy, same story after.
Emailed Rangemaster and they, eventually replied saying that the injector screws could be wrong?
Now what is installed in mine is a 'hollowed' out jet and a flat faced jet. Numbers, afaik are correct in accordance with the conversion tables.
If anyone has experienced this or may know of a solution I would be grateful.
    MANY THANKS
