    If you are talking about the extra disk in most blu rays?

    Worked fine for me, I tried one in itunes and one in media player, one on mac and one on PC. I did have an issue with the code, it was not included but emailed the support desk and got a new code.

    You could be using an US code. I got Star Trek from the USA and it didn't work in the Irish store. Must see if it works with the US store now that I have a US account.

    Im trying to use the one that came with sherlock holmes that I bought in Hmv, It seems to be region locked to the UK, plus making it even worse there is some form of stupid drm on the dvd which when decrypted fecks up the audio so that it is miles out of sync.

    My code for Sherlock Holmes which I got from Play worked. Whereas another code from another film came up as UK only. So it seems a bit mish-mash atm . Some work some don't
