Girlfriend appearance problem

    My girlfriend's facial cheeks are quite large... It almost looks like she has two chicken breasts (chicken fillets) underneath her skin. Some cruel people may also describe her as having a potato head. The thing is I really love her but think this is too much to take. She's pretty but the chicken breasts... I just can't stop looking at them and feeling weak in the knees for all the wrong reasons i.e. Salmonela poisoning... Can salmonella be transferred through French kissing?
