I have started orthodontist treatment and have gotten the bond implants placed on my upper and lower teeth, they are only on a few days but its tough going as its very hard to eat.Basically when I chew food the implants kind of hurt my tongue and my top teeth where the implants are , are kinda sore also, will this pass/ will i get used to this?

The short answer is yes. But if you are worried at all, you should see your dentist or orthodontist for examination.
