2.8 pajero starting problems

    hi all one of my mates is haveing a problam with his 96 mitubishi pajero 2.8 auto, basically when its cold it will cut out at start up no matter what weather really. could it be the heater plugs or something? if you keep it reved untill its a bit warm it will run normally.
