Windscreen Repair

    Is €96 excessive for repairing a small chip in a windscreen? Got a letter from my insurers saying they were sending a cheque for this amount to my repairers.

    hey if your insurer is paying for it and its not affecting your NCB then i don't see the problem if you can get it fixed for that price :)

    maybe your insurer got a quote from somewhere to fix the chip.

    still price around anyway,

    Well as it was being fixed I asked how much it would cost if i was paying. He said €60/€65.
